Terms and Conditions

You are obliged to read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time in order to keep up with the changes on the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Disclaimer

When you access the site or the services or any materials that are available through them, you do this entirely at your own risk. The site, services and materials are available on a ‘as is, where is’ basis. In no event shall the company, its affiliates and licensors be liable for any loss or damage including but not limited to warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, satisfactory quality, non-interference, accuracy or absence of viruses, spyware, malware or bug. In no event shall we be liable for any failures or unavailability of the site, services and materials provided and the users’ expectations or requirements being fulfilled.

General

  1. All bets are made on the basis of the data provided by the processing center and cannot be changed.
  2. ‘Cancellation of a Bet’ denotes the case where no computation or payment has been made regarding the event. In such events, the bet is considered void and a refund is processed.
  3. Any bet can be said to be accepted only when it is recorded on the server and the online or e-confirmation has been issued. Registered bets can be modified in terms of cancellations and or correction.
  4. Such sports events are not simply called canceled or postponed unless the proof and verification of the event is published and or reported from c.entities of the organizing bodies, official websites of sports federations, sport club websites and other credible sources.
  5. Edited, deleted or otherwise modified live bets can not be permitted.
  6. Gambling is only allowed for individuals that are 18yrs of age and above.

Acceptance and Modification of the Agreement

If you do not accept any of the terms, you are obligated to stop utilizing the Site and Services forthwith. We have the authority to modify the Agreement at our sole discretion, and such amendments will become effective as soon as they are posted on the Site, or if required by pertinent laws, regulations or orders that govern at that time. Such acceptance will need no further manifestation of your intent if you continue to use the Site or Services after such changes are made.

Termination of the Agreement

  1. Without prejudice to our other rights under the law or this Agreement, we can terminate the Agreement and your access to the Site as well as the Services without giving any notice (and without any payment) under the following circumstances:
  • If we believe that you have breached any condition of this Agreement.
  • If our services or the Site are to be; ceased either in total or specifically for you.
  • If we reasonably consider your use of Services and or Site to be improper.
  • If any reasonable grounds exist which are not specified above.

Third Parties

No rights or benefits are conferred or are intended to be conferred to third parties in regard of this Agreement, except where this is expressly provided. No agency, no partnership, no trust arrangement, no fiduciary relationship and no joint venture has been established between you and us by this Agreement.
